Lovely place for summer holidays with fantastic friendly and efficient employees to downright angry with the way they had been treated by the Manager. Plenty of fab options for meal.

Reasonably clean hotel in a very good building just off a bus stop which goes to the city centre very frequently. Stunning and fantastic location in Igls in the heart of the mountain, easy to get anywhere. Plus, 5 minutes 

location: the hotel was really close to the brand new ski lift, and the centre of the igls village, nice surrounding. there were central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in my reasonably large room.

Booked the hotel for my mother. Very nice location, very clean, many possibilities to relax inside and outside the hotel. The hotel also fulfilled the wish for an extra bed within a few hours.
